The Recruitment standards are very high and Security personnel of various ranks are selected after qualifying physical test, a general knowledge test, an interview and a medical test.
Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 26 years.
Qualifications: 10th for Security Guard and 12th for Security Supervisor.
Physical Standards: Height-168 cnns (Men), 158 cnns (Women), Chest: 80-85 cms (Men) Preference given to sports persons, members of NCC, Ex Man and Experience in same field..
Antecedents Verification: Complete and detailed antecedents verification Thorough medical check up.
A 7 days training programmers encompassing all facets of Security viz., Physical Security, Gate House duties, Patrolling, Fire Fighting, First Aid and Unarmed combat are conducted and trainees are passed out after a rigorous examination. The Security personnel are posted to various units wherein they receive "On Job Training" which would extend for a further period of three months, during which the site briefing/ de breifing are carried out daily by our Shift Managers / Operations Manager Training by experienced & competent personnel drawn from Para military, CP0s, Police & Defense Services.

The objective of patrolling is not only to check the performance of Security personnel but also to physically see that all is well in the establishments / clients premises being guarded. Besides, these patrolling Officers are the back-bone of our guarding operations and they also interact very closely with the guards on the field and find out their problems and resolve them. Towards this end, all our assignments where guards are posted, regularly checked day & night by a team of dedicated patrolling Officers, who are equipped with Radio communications & Mobile Phones.

Complete Rodent Control: Complete Rodent Control is provided and is effective against rate and mice. The control measures consist of baiting with latest single dose anticoagulant rodenticide and trapping with lures.
Termite Control: Termite Control is provided on surface and objects with cellulose content. This is carried out through measures which comprise of making a chemical barrier between woodwork and the connecting wall/floor in contact with them.
Mosquito Control: Mosquito Control is undertaken by through indoor wall of entire premises-especially vulnerable places harboring insect pests.
Carpet cleaning: Carpet cleaning is effective against carpet beetles and cloth moth. The control measures consist of through spraying of carpet with insecticides, while preserving the carpet color and texture.
